Alex Bell Dental is an excellent practice with caring professionals, however, Dr. Starkey is the exception. She lacks empathy and professionalism, displaying frustration and a critical attitude with patients. I've been a patient at the practice for more than ten years but can no longer recommend it based on her ineptitude..
I hate dental work. But Dr. Layton does a good job, and has always been honest and truthful about the correct care and correction for teeth. I tried other dentists who are dishonest, and value MONEY over the correct care for my teeth. The pain in my jaw is a daily reminder to choose honesty and integrity over fancy offices or insurance coverage. Which is why Dr. Layton is my choice, and should be yours, too..
Genuine! Probably one of the last dentists around that still performs his own treatment. Ever heard of an assistant doing a filling? Well, at most other offices that is exactly what is going on, a bunch of poorly trained helpers doing the actual work the doctor once performed. Dr. Linscott has a mature group of employees and he is always on time, never misses work and keeps our family healthy..
Excellent Service from the whole team for the multiple visits I had to do during September and October 2016. I found them through my Student health network and it's really convenient walking distance from York University. Dr. Behar and his team made sure to work with my Insurance coverage so I wouldn't go over and have to pay a lot out of pocket. Throughout all visits the whole team always made sure to make me feel as comfortable as possible . My first visit in particular I went in for a cleaning and Josie, the Hygienist made me feel really welcome and prepped me for what to expect with my first consultation with Dr. Behar. I have had nothing but good experiences from the time I received my exam to get braces to putting them on. They're extremely welcoming, and the service is pretty quick!.
