Was a patient of Maunter for 20 years. Last visit was terrible. Came in for crown [cosmetic only] and was told in procedure need root canal. After root canal and crown was not happy with results and was told no charge. two years later infection with that tooth, prescription wrote and was better. Always felt something wrong. Approximate 8 years later, Severe infection on left side of face. Had to go to emergency room for strong antibiotics. week later my new dentist took xray and states broken drill bit in that same tooth causing infection. Had to go to Endodontic for surgery and clean out rest of infection. OUT THOUSANDS of dollars. NOT Happy!! BEWARE Alan Wagers.
I have been looking for a good,reasonable dentist in town this is the the third one we've been.Very disappointed with everything.We went to see this dentist in Jan.2020,she told me I need many crowns,they introduced care credit and was approved for $4000which went straight there.They started doing 2 crowns, left and on my way home,the temporary crown came off as soon as I stepped out of the place.several attempts to put it in failed.finally,the Dr.said,it is ok not to have them capped and there was the lockdown.I was left with capless,grinded teeth,no one to blame because of the pandemic.when they finally opened the 2 permanent crowns were put in,the fit was not done properly,there was food stuck went back a few times,sent home couple of times after waiting outside for a long time only to be told they have an emergency and will have to wait longer.I decided I had enough with all the lack of professionalism.Noticed they all talk in Spanish and even while working on me with very little.
Dr. Shayan came to a club in our seniors community, spoke and offered a $49 exam, x rays and cleaning. I was given 5 xrays and then the dentist wanting me to sign for $4300 of work, including extracting a very loose tooth for $325. The cleaning went from being included to not covered and to cost $109 per quadrant, which she wanted me to started right away. When I returned weeks later to ask for copies of my xrays to give to me periodontist, she demanded I pay $80 for 5 xrays first..
First time visit was great. The Dr. was very good and precise and the front office was pleasant and organized..
Dr. Feifer is the greatest dentist, his expertise and compassion for his patients far exceeds any other dentist that I have experienced. I also travel 4 1/2 hours to his office This dentist is truly one of the best.
Have been coming here for the last 25+ years and it is always a well run office. The staff is always friendly and attentive and the doctors make sure you are comfortable and provide PAINLESS and QUALITY dentistry time after time. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new dentist or wanting to switch dentists to come here!.
