RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! This place is horrible!! Not only did the hygenist make my teeth and gums look like a hollywood murder scene when she cleaned them, they hurt for 2 days because she poked so hard while she was evaluating my gum strength. Then the dentist (Jadwiga Krol) tells me I have a cavity in almost every one of my teeth and need a root canal in a tooth that doesnt even hurt. Then they are already trying to sell me their 20% off discount plan for when and if you run out of insurance. I scheduled an appointment to have some fillings done and I was asked to arrive 30 min early to fill out paperwork, then had to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time to even get in the dentists chair. Then the dentist (Jadwiga Krol again) looks at my teeth and says I need ANOTHER root canal on a totally different tooth. This place is a crock and they are trying to rip off unknowing patients. Not to mention the place is dirty, there are no doors on the rooms so there is no privacy and my dentist (Jadwiga Krol) acted as if she didnt care about what I wanted done first or how to maximize my insurance amount. Stay far away from this dump!.
Trust the terrible reviews, folks. The staff are not very warm, not friendly and I left sobbing. Though I regularly enjoy going to the dentist and don't mind a little poking and pain as things are cleaned up. This was the worst cleaning and the most pain I have ever experienced. The assistant said I likely had "cavities" upon first looking at my x-rays, scaring me, and then the dentist when he came in told me that everything was fine. I would NEVER recommend coming here. .
I am recommending this dental office to everybody (adults and children)! My family (husband and 2 sons) and I have been patients here for four years. Dr. Krol's expertise and skills are unbelievable ( and I know what I am talking about because I am one of the many people who are scared of a dentist). As a a family we went through every possible dental procedure in this office: fillings, extractions, cosmetic dentistry and teeth cleaning. I am especially very happy with Dr. Krol's work on my bridge, which in my view is one of many proofs of Dr. Krol's and her partners' 21st century skills in cosmetic dentistry. I love to smile now!!! The other members of Dr. Krol's dental team who I have met at the front desk, Ann, Judy, and Kate, are friendly and professional. Erica and Jessie, the dental assistants, have always made me comfortable and answered all my questions. The office manager, Angie, was very helpful when I needed her expertise in explaining the payments. If you are looking for a great dentist and caring dental office staff I would recommend Dr. Krol and her team. .

I came to Carolina Smiles in severe pain from an abscessed tooth. I called, and although I wasn't a patient at the time, they were able to see me on the same day. Dr. Buchanan is a great dentist. He's very compassionate and although I ended up needing my tooth pulled, I was very comfortable the entire time. The whole office staff is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place!.
I was visiting from Cleveland and recently had a tooth pulled . I was in extreme pain and the folks here identified it as "dry socket". They cleaned out the socket and packed the opening so no more food would get trapped there. The pain was gone in 10 minutes. I appreciated the quick response to my phone call, and got me back to normal..
