1Very poor reception staff welcome. Upon my first call to set up a first appointment I was promptly told that they are not accepting any more state insurance members at this time. While that doesn't qualify for me I thought it was a rude and unnecessary start. After setting the appointment and transferring paperwork to their office I called three times to shift my appointment with no answers - my appointment came and went with no call. This dentist may be good, but I don't need to fight reception staff to get in the door.
