I absolutely love Dr. Blackwell. He is very willing to work with his patients financially. He also is incredibly thorough. If you have a question or concern, he will research and find out information until there's no more information to find. He works on every patient himself rather than having a machine or an assistant do the work for him. His practice is a rare find. I would definitely recommend Dr. Blackwell for patients of all ages needing orthodontic work.
