Dr. Kenneth Blais deserves 100 stars. He listens, has a friendly and caring bedside manner, and his skills with oral surgery are excellent. He has helped our family with 3 tooth extractions on 3 separate occasions, 12/2018, 1/2020, and 2/2020. Dad was on a blood-thinner, and yet Dr. Blais was willing to work with us to minimize stroke-risk by allowing Dad to switch to once-daily baby aspirin 2 days in advance of the extraction. (Some doctors insist on completely stopping the blood thinner due to the inconvenience of excessive bleeding). Mom has advanced dementia, and Dr. Blais graciously talked her through the tooth extraction. Mom didn't like the process but worked with him, due to his great manner. If you need an oral surgeon, be sure to book your appointment with Dr. Kenneth A. Blais at Northern Virginia Surgical Arts, Arlington, Virginia!
