I had long-term problem with one of molars, including inflammation, pain and multiple internal cysts, and was scheduled to go to surgery. My wife insisted I see Dr. Karas. He evaluated my tooth and came to quick conclusion that any surgery would just extend the agony and still lead to extraction. He extracted my tooth within 10 min, with no pain or even discomfort and making me feel absolutely at ease. I was very impressed by his professionalism and true art of his craft. He was able to resolve my months-long problem within 10 min (!) and allowed me almost instantly return to normal life. Needless to say that my implant will be done in his office, so that procedure is as quick, painless and reliable. Until now he was treating my wife and kids and I was holding off due to loyalty to other dentist. I have to admit that his quality made me an easy convert.
