Dr Mathias great dentist! Front desk manager (Heather) is very abrasive, not customer service oriented. Refused to run my Insurance stating she’s been in the business for over 10 years and your item is not covered. After calling my insurance I found out my item was partially covered by insurance. I wouldn’t recommend.

They wont accept you if you are a caresource or Medicaid patient. Good luck finding a good dentist with this insurance. It seems like dentist don't want to help anyone anymore.
