We Care Dental

Personally, I had a good experience. I have a fear of dental work and Dr. Donelan made me feel comfortable and worked quickly and efficiently. However, my issue comes in here: I referred a good friend of mine to the clinic as she also has a fear of dental work as do her kids. I figured, I had a good experience so I shared it with her. She made an appointment for her youngest. He has high sensory issues and doesn't handle anxiety well. Instead of being understanding, Dr. Donelan and the assistant he was working with were rude, pushy, not understanding, and unwilling to work with either mom and child. The statement "I don't do dentistry this way!" was made multiple times as he was going against wishes of child and mom. You can't tell me he is the first child to come through the doors with high sensory. I will no longer bring my business here nor will I refer people over. I can't help but think what it would be like if I personally had a high sensory child who was being treated like that. I will find a place that will be patient, understating, and willing to work with ALL sorts of children and people. Personally, I had a good experience.
