I think Dr. Metcalf is awesome but the dental hygienist was rude. My daughter had a scheduled appointment at 10am. I called several times to notify that she was running late. On the third call, I finally spoke with someone. She did not state that I may need to reschedule. When my daughter arrived, she was turned away. I called the office and the lady put the dental hygienist on the phone. The lady was so rude and disrespectful. She hung the phone up on me because she had another patient..
Dr Jones was absolutely wonderful! We saw her for a second opinion for my 3 year old son. Not only were her office staff great, she was incredible! She didn't push unnecessary procedures but also left options open should we want to go that route. She even called me after hours when I called the clinic and asked her to call me bc I had forgotten a question to ask. Her career will fully thrive due to her expertise, patience, and kindness! We couldn't have been happier!.
