This office has always been so pleasant and great to deal with. I have been going there my whole life and now bring my children there. I recently missed an appt around Christmas time for my oldest daughter. I completely forgot it (imagine that, a busy mother forgetting a single appointment). I called today to get my children in for a cleaning and a check up and got an incredible attitude from Donna, the secretary, the same woman that has been amazing and incredibly nice to myself and my children (even giving them extra stickers or offering to watch them behind her desk while I was with the other child). I couldn't believe how she treated me. I said OK then, I guess I will call around to another place. She said 'OK bye!'... I suppose they don't need my cash anymore since we are self pay. I will never recommend anyone there again.
