After arriving for my appointment it took over 30 minutes before I received new patient paperwork to fill out. I was called back 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. After sitting down in the chair I noticed the antiquity of the equipment being used. The unit that holds all the dental equipment was rusted, glass was broken, unsanitary, and ancient. His instruments were not new and did not appear to be clean. When Dr. Holcomb saw me he started digging around my mouth with no gloves on and sprayed a sensitive tooth without first asking me questions. He then said he did not see a problem with the tooth that clearly has a chip and decay and two other dentists recommended I get seen for. I would not recommend this dentist because of the the unsanitary conditions and the lack of knowledgeable care.
