Logan is outdated, inefficient and requires customer service 101. The international arrival process through customs is particularly unbearable because you are jet lagged and have to wait in a line to queue up for another three lines before you can make it to an exit for the baggage calim and bathroom. Heaven forbid someone walks off with your luggage because no one verified baggage tags with ticket holders.
