This place is a complete scam. I went in for a consultation and took complete x-rays. The dentist automatically "knew" that my insurance would deny one of the root canals that i needed. He said that my insurance would say that "I have enough teeth in my mouth to eat with so they would only approve for the tooth to be removed" or he suggested that i could pay the for the root canal out of pocket. He said that he usually wouldn't even bother to try and getting it approved but did anyway. I then received a call from them a week later saying that my root canal was disapproved, i asked why and was told that "DENTAQUEST did not approve because i still have enough teeth in my mouth to eat if the tooth was removed" whatever that meant. I then called my insurance to find out why exactly they were denying a simple root canal. My insurance quickly told me that it was extremely rare for them to deny a root canal and that it was denied because the dentist only sent them half of x-ray for the tooth. They told me that the dentist was aware that they needed to send in a complete image for the tooth in order for it to be approved. After bringing this up to the dentist, they told me that there was some sort of confusion and that they mixed up the numbers of my teeth. Thank god i was able to run before they scammed me anymore. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE GOES TO THIS PLACE.
