The biggest complaint is how they take a small job and blow it up to maximum charges. Example, wife wanted to replace 2 fillings in her front teeth since the color was off. Next thing, the office manager sits me down with a cost estimate of ~$2,220 for all her fillings to be done. All her fillings didn't need done. This is just one of the examples. I was very nervous to start with a new dentist in the area when I first moved here. But my tooth broke, I had no choice. I was sitting at the Bootlegger and I said, I'm just gonna go over and make an appointment right now. I've had a lot of dental work in my lifetime so I'm a really good judge of dental character. Therefore, when I say to you Doctor David Gianino is the BEST DENTIST bar none, you can take that to the bank. He is the most compassionate, patient, and pain free dental experience you'll ever have. Not to mention the great staff, and his facility and equipment are top notch. I've been his patient for over ten years, and I look forward to each and every appointment. I hadn't seen a dentist in several years and I was stunned by the integrative and tranparent services that I received. All of the staff are wonderful and welcoming and the hygenists not only tell you what you need to do to keep your teeth your teeth healthy they tell you how to do it in an inviting and non-threatening manner. Plus the kids program is fantastic..
Dr. Gianino is by far the BEST dentist I have ever been to. I am so happy he was recommended to me about 7 years ago.
