3Unusual and red flags from “Bri,”the office manager who told me they don’t request dental records for Dr. King’s patients from former dentists/endontists as it is “highly unusual for Verde River Dental to request former dental records” for patients. I was astonished not only by her answer to my simple inquiry if they had requested my dental records yet as Dr. King had told me to tell the front office staff to request them - They should have accomplished this before my very first visit 6 months ago. Her tone was flippant and dismissive and smug. When I asked her why Dr. King considered this protocol “highly unusual” she stated, “We might request records if there is restorative work or dental implants. But it’s not something we do.” I then said, So, you are telling me that your are refusing to obtain my dental records from my former dentist?” She said, “I’m not exactly refusing, you sound upset. Are you trying to argue with me?” I asked her to have Dr. King give me a call.
