Dr. Young\'s office staff leaves a lot to be desired. I had a tentative date set up and was told I\'d be called to confirm the date and be given the time. I got the call confirming the date but not the time. After a week of waiting I called to see about the time and was told they\'d call me back. I waited 24 hours called again talked to the person I left the message for only to get told \"Oh yeah, I think I was supposed to call you back.\" I canceled the surgery. there is more to the story then room
