Dr. Jordan and her staff are amazing. They are professional and very friendly. What I like most about Dr. Jordan and her staff is that they are not only concerned about my dental needs, but also my overall health. I considered changing dentist due to the 45 minute drive from my home, but I decided the drive is well worth the experience and relationships that I have developed with her and her team. She is also honest and upfront about costs.

Disgusting. The regular dentist left the practice, and this dentist acquired the office and the patients. Right off the bat, I could feel a different environment. The dental assistant was very unprofessional and just mean. She did about 10 minutes of cleaning when normally it takes 30 minutes. At the end I asked for a cup of water to rinse out the mouth, but she refused until I kept insisting. I finally was given a cup of water and was told to use the pink \"squiggy\" to remove it from my mouth. I refused and she became irate and handed another cup where I was able to spit. The dentist comes in and was very strange, asking what teeth was hurting. I reminded him that I came for a cleaning and was waiting for his review. The dental assistant had mentioned a crown to fix my front teeth that had a bad bonding. Without checking whether my insurance would cover the procedure, she prances in and sholves a gadget in my mouth without explanation. Horrible people and horrible experience.
