7Literally shaking from a conversation with my dentist office. Since when is it ok to be so rude to a customer? She told me I\'m at work and it\'s not my job to call insurance companies...ummm isn\'t part of your JOB to verify coverage instead of checking what someone else chart shows they paid? Unbelievable! We will not be going back to Frendi family dentistry and definitely don\'t recommend their offices to anyone in the area. The office manager is extremely rude very argumentative.
