2She's been my dentist for several years. Whatever problems she may have had with records handling were probably before her office automated their billing and scheduling; I've had nothing but fast and accurate billing and work estimates (her brother runs the office, and he is very efficient). Her office has done cleaning, filling, and bridgework and handled emergencies with dispatch. She and her staff care a lot about the quality of their work. In short, I'm a fan.
