Dr. Barta and his team did an exceptional job with my routine maintenance and cleaning. The new facility boasts state of the art new equipment, a staff that is friendly and detail oriented, and a doctor with experience treating, maintaining, and working on oral health for all ages. I was impressed by the effectiveness and effort on all levels, beginning with my check in and ending with my check out. I live 45 minutes away and will be using the Dentist of Louisville for my dentist needs. I would recommend Dr. Barta and his amazing staff to everyone looking for a new and improved dentist, or seeking out any type of dental care. I have been to various dentists throughout my life and this was by far the nicest and cleanest facility with the friendliest staff..

Jay has a beautiful, state of the art office in Louisville. They are coming up on their one year anniversary soon and even have TVs for a better experience in the chair!.
I went in for a "free" $264 cleaning, xray and evaluation. Then they sent me a bill for $194 because, quote: "you have dental insurance and that is only for people that don't." That is illegal and unethical! I asked them to adjust the bill to be more fair given that my previous dentist billed my insurance and my cost was only $50.00! But no, they sent another bill. This is clearly a bait and switch tactic. In addition, Dr. Dr. Brian C******** alleged that all my crowns needed to be replaced as they were inferior and one in particular must immediately be replaced. He also stated that two small chips in my front teeth were disfiguring and he would fix them for another $200. I went back to my old dentist who said my existings crowns were in good condition. This is an inethical practice that should be investigated! Respectfully,. Dan D.
