Not a great start at all. Office called three times to verify records transferred and never returned calls. Asked Dr oval call me was told she does not call patients. Didn’t care to look up to see if records transferred and told Ma basically by office manager records didn’t matter. Will follow up with ins co and board as well.
I couldn’t be happier that I found this office & Dr Novak! usually dislike going to the dentist, but now it’s no problem . ?? All the staff are extremely friendly, caring and charismatic.
Dr. Novak is now at Mellen Dental I'm so happy I found her. Dr. Novak and her staff is so helpful and friendly!!!!! Must go visit them.
