I found Dr. Walters to be kind, through and very professional. His receptionist was extremely friendly, helpful and very professional, as well. I received what I believe was my best cleaning ever by the dental hygienist. I would highly recommend Dr. Walters and his staff for anyone looking for a great dental office..
My family and I will not be back! Dr Walters himself is not a bad dentist. But he’s let his wife ruin the whole thing. She’s rude and expects patients to do her job. I’ve been hearing many complaints. But kept going back until after it became personal. I have never been talked to like that by someone at an actual business you have been going to for a long time. My husband and stepdaughters have went there for years. The new ownership will never make it..
I have just returned from oral surgeon to have bone removed and repaired from where this place damaged the bone during extraction. I went there to save money but I have now spent as much as I would have if I had just went ahead and had teeth removed by regular Dentist. These people are there for the money and nothing more and it does attract the poorer and retired thinking they will save money, but taking as a whole you would be far better off going to a Dentist that has your well being in mind. I certainly will not be back. They talk and giggle among themselves so much during the procedure they cannot possible be watching what they are doing. They also are not careful with the sterility of the instruments either. I also received lecture from Dr. Doyle about how he is sick and tired of people blaming him for their dentures not fitting HELLO ! Thankfully I changed my mind that day and told him I thought I would wait for the gums to heal before dentures so I could escape from there. Just know what you are paying for when you go there MINIMAL care and MINIMAL dentures. Good luck to all..
The entire staff was very friendly. The 2 female dentist's/assistants pulling my teeth made me feel like they really cared about me and were as gentle as could be, I appreciated that!.
12 years ago I bought a set of dentures from here. I was able to get in early, was fitted and able to return before they closed to receive my dentures. They lasted and fit perfectly for 12 years until I finally cracked them in half. 325 dollars for perfect fitting dentures that lasted 12 years. I'd say that's a good deal.
