2Terrible service. They take advantage of the fact that most patients are students who are limited to the UC Ship insurance and therefore limited to this service. As a result they are unfriendly, uncaring, show no sense of urgency, and are as unhelpful as you can possibly imagine. I have no idea how the actual dental services are because I have never even been able to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time despite having tried numerous times over the past two years. They are impossible to work with if you have a full schedule of work in addition to school. Good Luck.

I now feel that following the recommendation of friend to go to a dentist is the luck of the draw. Not at the graduate school of Aesthetic Dentistry where everyone is at the top of their game to get accepted into the program.
