Horrible! Margaret (recept.) and Dr. Maxwell were cold and impersonal. I went for a cleaning and it took 3 hours. He barely said two words to me and proceeded to clean my teeth. He leaned me almost up side down in the most uncomfortable position, then stepped away for about 30-45 minutes. He told me I had decay and nothing more. I had to probe about other aspects of my teeth. When I told them I was unhappy, Margaret said "If you feel you were treated bad, maybe you shouldn't come back. How Rude!
