THEY ARE THE WORST !! The receptionist KELLY told us several times our insurance "would not cover certain procedures" whereas we talked to our health insurance several times and they assured us, they would, but they had NOT gotten any request for authorization from Dr. Sarafyans office so they are just too lazy and chaotic , meanwhile we waited months . just to find out it has never been submitted first place!!!! Absolute chaos and you can never reach them in the Marina del Rey office, total chOS AND CONFUSION, VERY BAD
