1They cancelled my appointment without telling me. I showed up outside the gate for my appointment and no one was there. Honestly, maybe it is for the best. The place looked sketchy and the woman on the phone was rude. They are my HMO provider on my insurance card (assigned by my insurance company when I enrolled). I will be calling my insurance first thing on Monday to change to a different, more reputable dentist.
