I was charged a $155 dollar copay for a cleaning, without being told beforehand, even though I have comprehensive dental insurance with Delta Dental. Additionally, I was told that the cleaning has to be done in two sessions, each with a separate copay. When I complained, I was told that my cleaning was special, but that I would get a refund. Needless to say, the refund never came.
