Dr. Josan was fine - she is very nice - but the dental assistant was not good. In 40 years, I have never had this much trouble at a dentist. The staff is extremely pleasant...I just don't know how well trained they are. It also feels very corporate and like they want to get you in and out as fast as possible..
As always, very professional and a pleasant visit. Quick and direct with clear presentation of other possible treatment alternatives..
Dr. Do has a great chair side manner and small delicate hands - nothing like my last dentist with fat hands and fat stubby fingers. Dr. Do is extremely gentle and does the work quickly and painless. Dr Do also is very honest and only does the work required - not like my last dentist who included the potential work in my mouth as part of his financial portfolio. Dr. Do also had great and extremely knowledgable assistants. Her prices are also fair and she bends over backwards for scheduling..
Went in for a Root Canal, and two cavities and left painless and happy :) Dr. Abdeen is such a nice man and his staff is very helpful. Everything went right, place was colorful and bright, Dr. Abdeen's technique even made it so I didn't feel the needle's initial poke when applying the Novocain. Was my first time as he is new in town but I have never had a resident Dentist I always hopped around for location convenience to work but I will now go out of my way if I have to as this is now the home to my teeth. Oh, and I even played basketball with the boys 2 hours after :) I plan to do my invisiline soon as he has the best deal I have found so far... First: This dentist is looking to make a dollar in any way he can. He told me I needed 4 crowns (after having had a great check up 6 mos previous). He told my husband the same thing and my friend she needed 8 crowns. He is looking to replace ANY silver in the mouth and will tell you your teeth are cracked, your fillings are cracked, etc in order to do so. Had a second opinion with a well-respected dentist who told me that my teeth are in great shape with exception of one obvious fracture. I did not need any other work done. Second: this dentist charges over $100 for a "cold test" to determine vitality of a tooth. My now dentist does not. (this is a cold chemical sprayed onto a q-tip and placed on the tooth). Third: I have 2 dental insurance plans. I was billed for the primary insurance with a remaining balance that needed to be billed to the secondary insurance. (The office was aware of both insurances.) I was sent a "past due" bill stating I needed to pay the remainder that should have been billed to my secondary insurance. I called to remind them to bill the ins company. This occurred 3 more times (total of 4 mos I received "past due" notices)...all the billing people had to do was file for the payment and did not do so. I continued to receive nasty-grams in the mail until I FINALLY after 4 mos got them to bill correctly. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!..................................UPDATED APRIL 2011...After going to another dentist (obviously), found out that two of the fillings I had done at Reflection were already broken and now need to be replaced. It's been less than a year. Just one more reason to NOT USE REFLECTION DENTAL!!!!!!!!! First: This dentist is looking to make a dollar in any way he can. PLEASE NOTE ALL 5 STAR REVEWS WERE UNDER A DENTIST NO LONGER THERE AND ARE MOSTLY 4 YEARS OLD!!!! Went in for check- up and was told I had 7 cavities and they should all be filled right then, at that sitting! Then they also wanted to do a 'deep cleaning' same sitting same day. Total bill over $2000. Really??? After having 7 fillings at once you want to make someone sit through a deep gum cleaning??? Really????? I packed up and left and didnt let them touch me! I will never step foot in there again . I went to a different dentist and have zero cavities and no gum disease.... Save yourself!!!
