How Patients Feel
NEGATIVEPatient Reviews
1The receptionist that takes the appointments is horrible. I had 2 bad experience with her. The first was 6 months ago when she call my work phone number and left a message that my appointment got cancelled due to the DR. being absent...but I did not get the message as I left work 1 hour before the appointment and when I got there, I got this smiley annoying face making it my fault. So, at that time, I had taken the higher grounds and told her to call my cell and gave her my cell number ( she entered my cell number). Today, I had an 8am appointment that I made it to...as I arrive at the front desk, she smiles again and said..."Oh ....we called you and left messages and you did not call us back so...we gave your appointment to another patient..." I was no longer with my company and obviously she did NOT call my cell number as I got NO such messages. That is also besides the point. This office in Longwood, FL expects the worst from their customers. When you make an appointment, the receptionist seem to find it in her power to cancel it or change it to her discretion. And turns around and makes it the patient's fault...for making it on time to the appointment that was scheduled a few months earlier. This 2nd bad experience with the receptionist (NOT diligent enough in her work) is the reason why I left my dentist. I had closed my account and taking this business elsewhere....Also, I am taking my husband with me ( whom also goes to this dentist). One bad receptionist and .... Dr. Lopez ( or previously Dr. Rhodes) lost 2 patients.
