BEWARE!! The cost of services is on high side and then they DO NOT HONOR WRITTEN ESTIMATES OF COST given pre-service. A few days after dental services completed you get bill for ACTUAL COST - about twice their \'estimate\'. They ASSURED me to my face estimate was correct and bill paid in full when I left. What a SCAM!!

I have been going to the King George office for over 5 years now and I have been very pleased with all aspects of the service during that time. Dr. Cottrell is the 4th dentist I have seen in the last 15 years and he is by far the best. He is courteous and professional, always willing to explain a procedure and clearly states all of the options and risks.
