4Front desk clerk was very rude on the phone when I called to make appointment and to convey to her my displeasure with the billing office which never seemed to answer their extension during business hours. The dental assistants never remembered my kids despite their having services at the Cy Fair location over a period of years. I had the strong impression that the clinic didn’t care if we were their clients or there.
