My husband travels for work and is rarely home. Rather than addressing cavities forming in the front of his mouth during his first visit, staff insisted he get cleaning and scaling done first. At the end of the process, he went in to get cavities filled and Dr. Farley refused. Basically, by putting him off for several months, he went from need fillings to needing new teeth in the front of his mouth. I will never use this office again. Cost us so much time, pain, and money.
