My husband and I along with our three daughters all have used Dr. Tao for several years and have always had a positive experience. We have each had our teeth cleaned the recommended twice annually. As well, we have had other work done as required including fillings and root canals. Dr. Tao made the root canal I personally experienced much better than the bad stories I had always heard about root canals. After my root canal she gave me an emergency number to contact her in case I had difficulties. One of the things I really like is that Dr. Tao personally cleans my teeth rather than having a hygienist do that work. She does it very quickly and I am typically in the chair just over 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend Dr. Tao for dental care. . .
We were looking for new dentist in my neighborhood and found Dr. Tao is in our insurance network. At our first visit, Dr. Tao was very friendly and patient with us. While we were being settled, taking x-ray, etc. one patient came in with swallen face/mouth and she indeed looked painful, Dr. Tao set her down and checked on her, gave her prescription and instruction on how to use it to reduce pain. It was very professional and efficient. That lady left happily (well, still painful though). I think this is a good practice. Although I had appointment and got in first, without delaying me, she helped the painful patient. I think if one day I was in pain, I would appreciate being seen that quickly, too. .
I had very bad experience with this dentist. She claimed she is very experienced her skill is wonderful. That is NOT TURE! I trusted her until she made several irreversible damages on my teeth. Now I have to spend much more money to fix it. She charged me for almost 4K, but my treated teeth still hurt. Not mentioned how many times I had to go back and do the re-treatment simply because she missed a root or the root canal was too short. Not recommended at all .
