6Communication with our older child was kind of poor on a regular basis, and other than the first visit (the sales pitch stage I guess) we never felt great about the communication. He also made financial threats when we missed a payment: without other warning, he demanded payment in full of the whole remaining balance. What service industry even thinks of demanding payment in full BEFORE the service is complete? Laughable. We paid a lump amount up front and made most payments. Go elsewhere.
