Due to office/billing staff. The doctor was great. Teeth cleaning in December & found 4 fillings. Told to come back in January. Asked if I could come in before year end to avoid 2 deductibles but couldn\'t. Paid upfront to receive 5% discount. They estimated wrong. They confirmed we overpaid by $83 based on EOB. Also told by staff needed teeth removed but after questioning, staff looked in chart and was wrong. Contacted them 5 times since January. Now March and still no refund check.
