2After Dr Hess retired my son had an appointment with Dr Micoli at 8:30 am one morning and she didn\'t get into the office until after 8:45, the receptionist stated that was her policy. Why would I want an appointment at 8:30 if the dr doesn\'t show up until after 8:45? I left and did not get even a phone call of apology. I found this very disrespectful. My son needed to get to school in time for a test. We are transferring to another dentist office.
