Watch out for the constant up-sell. It's unrelenting. After charging me $265 for x-rays, the hygienist told me she could not "ethically" provide a standard cleaning, but she could provide a "deep cleaning" at a higher price. I said "let's do the standard cleaning and watch how things progress. If nothing changes in 6 months we can re-evaluate". She refused to proceed unless I selected the higher priced cleaning. I left, wasting two hours of my time and out $265 with nothing to show for it. Additionally, notice on their forms they always request you to "consent to the use of fluoride" without saying what this request is about. They don't mention it in the forms but this request for consent is just one more attempt at an up-charge without telling you so..
This dentist promises one thing, and then does something else. One of the most important things about a dentist is one's ability to create a trusting relationship. In this case, although I thought that is what I had, it ended up that they quoted me one price and then later changed it dramatically..
This is a family friendly office. Dr Todd made me feel very comfortable, is a perfectionist and actually cleaned up a cosmetic issue without me asking or making me pay! They have Netflix to allow you to relax during the work. I generally am afraid of the dentist but he and his hygienists explained exactly what they were doing and what I should do to help care for my teeth and gums..
I have my teeth cleaned here since I moved to Denver. The Hygienist is friendly and does a great job. She chides me in a friendly manner about improving my at home dental habits. Dr. Todd always takes time to review the work and make sure I am satisfied..
My appointment got canceled because the dentist had a family emergency. I understand that people have emergencies. When I rescheduled and went in 10 days later. I waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes. I asked the receptionist if I was going to be seen. She came back and asked me if I could come back another day!? Seriously!! Unbelievable, I said NO I already waited along time to get this appointment and now I am here I want to be seen for the two cavities that needed to be fixed. The dentist seemed rude and her dental assistant. Both unprofessional talking about time they want to take off, while working on my two cavities. Which by the way I felt the pain from her drilling. I will not be recommending this place..
Very unhappy with this dental office. It's so hard for them to make appointments and keep appointments. I had to wait 2 weeks to get in to fix two cavities. Got at the office and the dentist Dr. Oltean wanted to cancel me again. So ridiculous! When I finally went back after 30 minutes of waiting in the waiting room. Dr. Oltean and the dental assistant did not say hello to me or anything. She said "let's get this done". Very rude and unprofessional behavior. I don't recommend this dental facility to anyone!.
