I wish I can give zero star! This is for the same Dr. Kai Mai, but at the branch clinic. This dentist has office in Little Neck and an office in Dongan Ave Elmhurst. My review is for her branch office at Elmhurst. She is not always there and only the dental hygienist is there seeing patients. Horrible staff and wait time was 2 hours for me. This clinic cares more about money than your health. I was so much more to say about my experience, but all I will say is DO NOT COME HERE!
