5The new owner did not inform me of any ownership or Doctor change until I was seated and they were charging me for x rays and other stuff that I had either already paid for or never had to pay for before. The staff is much less personable and kind of grungy. The only communication they have had with me is a solicitation for teeth whitening. I had seen Dr. G for 10 years and now this. There is NO reason to go back. There is NO personable interaction and the doctor did not say one word to me while she was cleaning my teeth. Bad service, Bad manners, Bad communication. The exact opposite of what good business should be.
