My husband and I had an appointment which was unfortunate to say the least. We were told we would have to pay 612.00 out of pocket. I immediately called my insurance company and was told it was covered and we should only have a copay. We then went back to the front desk with the insurance company on the phone; the woman at the front desk was asked for the treatment codes. When she stated the codes the insurance company again the treatment was covered and we should only have a 40.00 copay. ??????????????????????????????????.
She is a wonderful dentist! She’s patient, kind, spends time with you and makes you feel at ease AND painless! She knows what she’s doing and I highly recommend her. She talks you through your entire procedure with a very calming demeanor..
Pros.... I'm very confident with Dr. Kapila. She provides top notch professionalism and empathizes with the patient. Overall wants whats best for the patient and checks to see if you need a break before resuming or more med's. Cons.... Not sure if this is a con or not, but the time waiting. You could look at it as a pro in that she takes her time an makes sure the patient is taken care of the correct way the first time instead of rushing through a procedure to just get to the next patient..
I have had a fear of needles and dental work for as far back as I can remember. I've seen various dentists and have had my fair share of work done all with a high level of anxiety and lots of tears shed. I've been going to Lisle Dental Center for many years but today was my first experience to see Dr. Amante for fillings and it was amazing. Not only did he make me feel comfortable but I can honestly say, for the first time I did not feel a thing! If you are looking for someone with a gentle touch and understanding nature, this is the place!.
I recently had my first visit to Lisle Dental Center. From the minute I walked in the door everyone was extremely friendly and I met Michelle (the pleasant voice over the phone who I had previously spoken). My Hygienist, Brigid, was great. She talked me through everything going on while making sure I was comfortable. Very friendly and informative. Dr. Amante then met with me and reviewed their findings and went over the plan moving forward. I highly recommend Lisle Dental Center! .
Would highly recommend these people to anyone.. thanks Dr. And staff for being so great..
