8A review written by my uncle.. When a man did report to the desk, he asked me to answer health history questions as he recorded the answers. I was kept standing. This was a long drawn out process that amounted to killing time. I could have filled a form in five minutes. I was led to an x-ray room. The man stationed there took numerous x-rays, many of them repetitious of the same areas. I wore a lead vest, but felt uncomfortable by the excessive amount of x-rays. I am a malignant cancer survivor of metastatic cancer. Again, I felt like we were wasting time. I was led to dental service area and laid down on a recliner dental chair. I was told there would be a long waiting time and was offered coffee. I had the impression there were no dentists in the building. This was wasted time. Eventually a dentist showed up, but she did no
