Dr. Maxwell and some people working for him seem alright, but there are a few newer, according to the office manager, staff that lack basic consideration and professional conduct. The office scheduled an emergency appointment for me which I had appreciated, but after I arranged for a day off which is very difficult, I arrived to find they couldn\'t treat the tooth without records from the endodontist which nobody addressed the day prior when making the appointment. They were not professional.
