B E W A R E....run away from this dentist and office. The first appointment was a checkup and cleaning. First I waited over 45 minutes in the lobby, which was freezing. The asstistants were unprofessional, chatting about personal matters and wasting time. The hygienist after looking at my teeth said "ok you're ready to go" before cleaning my teeth. I incredulously said, I've been here two and a half hours and I'm not getting my teeth cleaned?? I've never been to a checkup-cleaning appointment without my teeth being cleaned! She said I would need to make another appointment for that to be done. They also said I needed unnecessary procedures, all of which are not covered by my dental insurance. Appointment number two, terrible work from getting crown work, painful injection due to not letting the local numbing medicine have time to work, extreme pain prepping tooth for a temporary crown. I had to ask her to stop drilling every 5 seconds the pain was so bad. She gave me 4 injections of novocaine and still did not numb all areas of my tooth. She did suggest maybe I come back and let her try again, for what I wondered more of the same?? I had to suggest to her "do I need a root canal" her response, "maybe". Does a patient need to ask this question, no! The inside of my cheek where the drill came in contact with it was cut in a million places. I was shedding dead tissue for several days inside my mouth. My tongue was swollen and abraded so badly half of it was brown from bruising. To top it off, the temporary crown broke about the third day. I can not say anything good about this experience, the dentist, or dental assistants. I am filing a formal complaint about this dentist. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!
