How Patients Feel

1This dental practice has lots of technology, both in the office and around the dentist's chair, but they certainly make you pay for it. The dental assistant gave us a coupon to deal with the expenses that the office told us we couldn't use. On top of that, I've never had a cavity in my life, and they told me I had 5. I decided to return to my old dentist. He sent for my X-rays that this place took, and this place claimed the X-rays got "lost in the mail." Finally when they did arrive, my dentist said I had no cavities, only one spot that he wanted to keep an eye on. Furthermore, the office staff struggled to use their own equipment. We went to this place in December. It's now June, and they've sent us emails, postcards, and now a text message reminding us to schedule our appointments. I already unsubscribed from the email list, yet another email came. It's a bit too much and definitely unwelcome after our negative experience at the office.
