I am young and have a debilitating disease. I’ve never felt mistreated because of it, until today at Aspen Dental in Enfield. My disease involves very rigid muscles and brisk reflexes and due to that,I was unable to tolerate getting the full mouth series of x-rays they plan for each new patient.I was gagging and sobbing, and they kept insisting I finish.Eventually Dr. Kwak told me this had nothing to do with my disease, threw my file down, and stormed off.They refused to treat me. I’m disgusted.
