They do not give accurate information when partnering with your insurance. They admitted to entering our insurance information wrong in the computer therefore throwing off the cost of care drastically. Not the best customer service. Seems like it is all about the bottom line. Lesson learned, do not trust your medical professional to accurately represent what is covered and what is not. Do it yourself.
