I went into My Dentist for a routine cleaning and check up. I was seen by three different women, each of which did not introduce themselves and did not explain what they were doing to my teeth. After causing a lot of pain to my gums she told me I needed a laser treatment that would collectively cost over $600. I left feeling used and in pain. I went into another dentist to get a second opinion and he told me all I needed was another cleaning and a prescribed mouth rinse. The second dentist could not believe I had my teeth cleaned a couple months previously because of all the hardened calcified deposits My Dentist had left behind. I will never return to another My Dentist after being treated so poorly. I went into My Dentist for a routine cleaning and check up. Both my wife and I have had great experiences. Always on time and in and out within an hour. Making an appointment was easy and they got us in within a few days. Planning on taking the whole family there from now on, all 10 of us!.
Crown on my front tooth broke off and I needed a quick bond to put the piece back on. I am new to Enid and so thought I'd also make an appointment and have full restorative work done to all my crowns. I was there at 8am, no other patients in. Since I knew this to be a quick fix, I hoped they'd heed my plea that I needed to be at my office by nine. There were 3 patients in chairs by the time I got to go back; they insisted on an X-ray (?) which I didn't want but had to do to get this fixed. Doctor came in at 8:40, confirmed she would bond this and then left. 9:10 she finally came back and performed a <2minute bonding procedure. My total cost $144 because I apparently also had an exam!
