My mother needed an adjustment to her dentures at a Tuesday appointment was told she'd have them back Friday. They called Thursday evening and said they won't be in. Then mom called on the following Tuesday and was told the delivery was on the way and no one called her again to let her know if they did or didn't arrive. Mom called Wed morning and found out they're closed. She's had to go over a week with no teeth. Can't go out of the house. So customer service and urgency would be appreciated!.
This place was a Godsend to me several years ago. However something has changed over the past year. Staff turnover has been pretty significant and the professionalism level has dropped. I'm not impressed so far with the newest dentist either. I'll give them a little more time....
I have been to several dental offices in the past and I have to say the group at Dudas dental is the best yet. Ranging from highly skilled technicians to superb front desk administrators ! Dr. Dudas is always looking out for my family's best dental interest. Thank you so much to everyone at Dudas dental group !!!!.
Very good dentist. Very good hygenist. Both good with kids, there are questionable policies and the customer service from certain office personnel is beyond horrible for the following reasons: 1)Failure to disclose office policies regarding first time visit resulting in lost patient time and unecessary premedication. 2)If you fail to give more than 48 hours notice of cancellation, then they will bill you and threaten to drop you as a patient. 3)The office manager became very unprofessional and began to argue when confronted with customer complaints. 4)Very questionable acounting practices resulting in incorrect billing, then while the bill was being investigated by the patient they threatened to report to a collection agency. .
Jessica has been going above and beyond to get my daughters records. That sounds like it should be a simple thing, but it has been a nightmare with the last dentist. Few people would have put in the time and effort she has! She is a big reason I love this office!.
You sent no check to me, and you never tried to call, you have my number and my husband's number, we both have been calling you at LEAST 3 times a week, left messages WITH our phone numbers and what the call was in reference to (you cashing a check and taking money that didn't belong to you!) So play dumb, and continue to lie and say "the check is in the mail, because I have the insurance commission on this!.
