6Had a bad experience with the assistant, later found out my friend went through the same thing and was pretty traumatized by it. I didn't use to have a problem with dentists before this happened. Also, the receptionist gave me false information about my billing.

3While travelling by car from Oklahoma on July 29, 2021 by car to visit my son and daughter, I broke a tooth. There was a lot of pain. We were scheduled to leave together for a three day vacation in Maine on August 1. My dental insurance carrier emailed me a list of participating dentist in the Natick area and I began calling. Luckily the first one I called was Elite Dental of Natick. An appointment was scheduled for 11:00 AM on July 30th, the morning I was making the calls. After x-rays and an exam, it was determined that the tooth needed to come out. Dr. Polnar did and excellent job. The post extraction instructions was excellent and I followed them to the letter. Consequently I experienced not pain during the six days of healing up to today. I wholeheartedly recommend Elite Dental of Natick!
